2025 Lead Registrant Dossier Updates

2025 was an  extremely busy year for MARA that aimed at updating as many dossiers as possible with a focus on addressing the concerns highlighted on the ECHA Assessment of Regulatory Needs  and the Commission’s Restriction roadmap reports.
The updated dossiers saw robust appraisals on Neurotoxicity (STOT RE), Reprotoxicity, Human Health Endocrine Disruption and Acute & Chronic Ecotoxicity evaluations. Other minor updates associated to the new CLP classes,  waivers, IUCLID update requirements etc were also addressed. For the most part, the RAAF, DNEL’s, PNEC’s and CSR reports were also updated.

According to Regulation 2020/1435, members shall update their registration and submit to ECHA with 9 months (based on new templates from the lead) – timeline starts from the date when ECHA informs co-registrants via REACH IT that the lead dossier has been updated.
